01About the pilot
BilluBott is an Aflo product operated by Akkash Chengapa, trading as Aflo, in India. “We” and “our” in this policy refer to that operator.
The current service is a private, owner-only pilot in development. It collects bill photos through WhatsApp, reads bill details with AI, supports review and purpose notes, and prepares a spreadsheet when requested. It is not open for general customer sign-up.
02Information handled
- Bill photos and their visible contents, including any names, contact details, purchase details or other personal information printed on them.
- Messages and captions sent to BilluBott, expense purposes, corrections, confirmations and spreadsheet requests.
- Extracted bill fields and items, AI responses, review state and generated spreadsheets.
- WhatsApp sender identifiers, message and media identifiers, timestamps, delivery statuses, processing records, errors and AI usage or cost records.
Send only material you are entitled to share. Avoid including passwords, full payment-card details or unrelated sensitive information in a bill photo or message.
03How it is used
This information supports receiving and reading bills, keeping a collection, associating expense purposes, showing summaries for review, preparing requested spreadsheets and delivering replies. Processing and delivery records also support duplicate handling, recovery, troubleshooting and usage limits.
The operator may inspect pilot information to support the service and investigate problems. AI readings can be wrong; check the output against the original bills before relying on it.
04Services involved
Meta and WhatsApp carry messages, photos, documents and delivery notifications through the WhatsApp Business Platform.
Hostinger hosts the BilluBott application and its stored pilot information, as well as this public website.
OpenRouter and OpenAI process bill photos for AI extraction. The current reader sends photos through OpenRouter to OpenAI. Information within a photo is included in that processing.
These services have their own data policies and may process information in other countries. Their retention and data-use terms are separate from BilluBott’s local storage. We do not promise zero retention or a universal no-training guarantee across these services.

05Storage and deletion
The pilot retains original photos, extracted data, collection and review history, generated files and processing records in private application storage. Sending a spreadsheet does not automatically delete that information.
A fixed retention period and automatic deletion schedule have not yet been established for this pilot. Stopping the service or deleting a message in WhatsApp does not by itself delete BilluBott’s stored copies.
For access, correction or deletion requests, email akkash@aflosystems.com. Describe the request without attaching additional sensitive bills. We may need to verify that the information belongs to you before acting, and will explain what can be removed and any remaining copies.
Copies on your device, in WhatsApp, in backups or held by external providers may require separate handling. This policy does not promise that all copies held by every service are immediately erased.

This page is informational. It has no bill-upload form, account sign-up, advertising or analytics scripts, and does not set application cookies. Fonts and branding assets are served from this website.
Hostinger may process standard connection information when serving the page. If you email us, your email address and the information you provide are used to handle your inquiry.
